For this final Night of the Museums before the renovations, come explore the museum in its current form, as if frozen in time. A unique opportunity to scrutinize every nook and cranny, every display case, every machine, before the transformations begin.

By the light of candles and flashlights, (re)discover the permanent collections: the birth of printing with Gutenberg, the mysteries of ancient books, the work of engravers, the fascinating mechanisms of the presses... A sensitive and twilight immersion into the world of texts and images.

🖨 Night-time typographic workshop

What if you crossed over to the other side?
The museum's workshop opens its doors for an immersion in traditional printing. Lead type, letterpress cases, and hand presses await you. Guided by Fernande Nicaise, a typesetter, you can print a typeface yourself on one of our presses.
