• Is the museum open on public holidays?
  The museum is closed on May 1st. However, it is open on May 8 and 9.
• Is the museum air-conditioned?
  The museum is not air-conditioned.

Workshops

• Can parents accompany their children during the workshops?
  Parents cannot accompany their children, except on visits and workshops called "family".

Tickets/Prices

• I was unable to go to the museum even though I had purchased a ticket online, can I get a refund? 
  Unfortunately, according to our terms and conditions, no refunds are possible.
